When you register on our site and your account is activated, you will be able to place your orders, see your order status from new to pending, to scheduled and completed. You will be able to look at history of your orders, view permits and print copies of permits.
You will be able to upload site plans, pictures and other information required to pull your permits.
Method of payments: We only accept personal or business checks. To save you money, we do not accept credit cards (because they incur additional charges). As a convenience to our clients, we offer a two week payment schedule. Please speak to us directly to discuss the requirements of this payment plan. Permits over $500.00 must be paid in advance or right away.
Inspections: sometimes you might need to set up an inspection right away. We will set up those inspections at the time we obtain your permits.
We will have all the city inspection lines listed for your convenience, if you want to set up your own inspections.
Posting job cards: Upon request, we will post job cards at the job site. So if you have a next day inspection, the inspector will have the job card on site.
We also offer a special letter that we send to the homeowner on your behalf, stating their responsibility about setting up inspections and getting a final inspection. We will include the job card, if issued, and other information necessary for inspection. You can see a copy of this letter by clicking here. If you would like us to send these letters on your behalf, we recommend that you provide us with a digitized copy of your letter head.
Other services: If you are not sure about a particular job, we will give you the information, or we will call the city or county to find out what is required for your special request.
